Earthley Wellness: October 2023 - Present

Job Overview: As the sole in-house designer at Earthley Wellness, I am responsible for delivering comprehensive creative solutions across a range of projects. My work includes designing product labels, print and online advertisements, retail signage, and vehicle branding, as well as collaborating on unique projects with Kate Tietje, the owner. I ensure that all design elements align with the company’s vision and enhance its brand identity.

Social Media Marketing Campaigns: I was responsible for creating digital media marketing ads from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs adhered to the brand’s identity and guidelines. This included developing creative concepts, designing visuals for various digital platforms (such as social media, display ads, and email campaigns), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine messaging. Throughout the process, I maintained brand consistency, ensuring that each ad effectively communicated the intended message while preserving the integrity of the brand's visual identity.

Natural Remedies For Kids V.2: I led the design and production of NRFK V.2, a visually-driven book showcasing the natural world of remedies, designed for those who love the natural world or want to learn more. The book features compelling photography, infographics, and detailed typography that help parents explore natural alternatives to modern medicine and practices for their kids. It was published and distributed by Earthley Wellness and Kate Tietje as part of
advocating for natural change.

Lifestyle Products: I created lifestyle products such as t-shirts and tote bags from concept to final design, ensuring each item aligned with the brand’s identity and aesthetic. This involved designing graphics, selecting materials, and working with vendors to produce high-quality products that resonated with the target audience while maintaining brand consistency.

Company Vehicle Designs: I designed the company vehicle wrap, overseeing the project from initial concept to final production. This involved creating impactful graphics that reflected the brand's identity, collaborating with print vendors to ensure quality, and ensuring the design was both visually striking and consistent with the brand’s overall messaging.

Company Product Design: I was responsible for designing company labels from concept to final production, collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure the messaging was both accurate and aligned with the company’s brand. Throughout the process, I worked directly with senior leadership to refine and finalize the design. Additionally, I coordinated with procurement and warehouse production teams to ensure the labels were functional across all departments, meeting both logistical and branding requirements for seamless integration.
